Transitional housing for men 18+ offering structured, dorm-style shared living focused on stability, employment, and independent living.

Job-search assistance, employer connections, applications, workforce referrals, and employment planning.
Job Readiness Training
Resume preparation, interviewing, workplace communication, professionalism, digital literacy, and career planning.
Life Skills
Budgeting, scheduling, conflict resolution, personal responsibility, transportation planning, and household management.
Resource Navigation
Help connecting participants with identification documents, benefits, healthcare, transportation, education, legal resources, and community programs.
Family Reunification
Resources designed to help participants rebuild healthy relationships with children, spouses, partners, and family members when appropriate.
Education & Skilled Trades
Connections to GED programs, community colleges, apprenticeships, certifications, CDL programs, skilled trades, and workforce development.
Independent Living Preparation
Participants develop a realistic plan for employment, savings, permanent housing, transportation, and continued stability.
